IT’S Men’s Health Week and this year Australian men are being reminded that there are ‘101 Reasons to See Your GP’ and urges men to just get on with it.

The event’s website, https://www.menshealthweek.com.au/, looks crafted with straightforward, no-drama sensibilities; a brown background, beige writing, and no-nonsense text.

“There are 101 reasons to see your GP,” the website states.

“You probably already know yours.

“Men’s Health Week 2026 is your reminder to use it. Two in three Australian men wait too long when something changes.

“We’re not here to lecture you about that. We’re just here to make going feel less like a big deal, because it isn’t. Book it!”

The website contains a wealth of information, including real stories from men sharing what finally nudged them into making a doctor’s appointment, offering assistance to find a health service, and addressing the barriers that many consider to be an obstacle to treatment.ling to when them to the doctor.
